I am available for coaching in all distances and abilities from couch to 5k up to ultramarathons.
I am a Lydiard Certified Level II coach and use the Lydiard method as the basis for my own training as well as my athletes. This method is based on the work of the legendary New Zealand coach Arthur Lydiard and follows a pyramid structure starting with base work progressing to faster running only when a solid base has been established.
This philosophy can be applied to any level of runner from the beginner to the advanced simply by applying the principles of adaptation. I work with each runner by establishing a goal, whether it be a specific race or being able to run a certain distance, and then designing a schedule that fits the individual’s needs.
