SUP!? This class starts with dry land Foundation Training and then moves to the water where we practice poses on the boards. Combining Foundation Training with stand-up-paddling provides a unique opportunity to use all of our muscles while having fun on the water. It is challenging but suitable for all ability levels. Being comfortable on a paddleboard is a plus, but previous experience is not necessary as we teach the basic skills necessary to participate.
